Your satisfaction is my top priority

If you have a problem with defective merchandise, just let me know and I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  I will make every effort to respond to all customer service inquiries within 2 business days.

There is no return policy for an e-Book purchase.
However, should a purchased item from my website prove defective within five (5) days of receipt, please email returns@girlsandhertoys.com.

Replacement or credit will be issued after my receipt of the failed merchandise, minus shipping costs.

Please be assured Girls and Her Toys wishes you nothing other than a seamless and satisfactory transaction. I will do everything in my power to make sure you, the customer, is happy.

There are no implied or expressed warranties by Girls and Her Toys, a Division of A More Sensual You, or the item's manufacturer other than the purchased merchandise is fully functioning and operational upon arrival.
